ICE FROZEN AT NIGHT, WHEN AMBIENT IS COLDER AND ELECTRICITY CHEAPER. LATENT HEAT OF FUSION USED IN DAYTIME TO SUPPLEMENT CHILLER CAPACITY. NODULES CAN BE CHARGED WITH ANY EUTECTIC FROM 240 TO 337 K (-33 TO 64 DEG C). A.R.T.
