SURVEY THE PREDICTABLE DEVELOPMENT OF HEATING SYSTEMS AND SHOW THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRIMARY ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND ACTUAL HEAT REQUIREMENTS: THIS RATIO IS 256% FOR ELECTRIC STORAGE HEATING, 198% FOR OIL, 115% FOR DUAL ENERGY SYSTEMS WITH A HEAT PUMP AND 88% FOR HEAT PUMP ALONE.
