Summary
SIMPLIFIED EXPRESSIONS FOR MEAN CONDENSING HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT H AND FRICTION FACTOR F FOR AIR COOLED CONDENSERS ARE PRESENTED. THERMOPHYSICAL PROPERTIES INVOLVED IN THE DIMENSIONLESS EXPRESSIONS FOR H AND F ARE EXPRESSED IN TERMS OF THE REDUCED PRESSURE, TEMPERATURE AND MOLECULAR WEIGHT. NUMERICAL RESULTS AGREE WITHIN 10% WITH THOSE OBTAINED FROM THE SIMPLIFIED EXPRESSIONS.
