Summary
THE RESULTS OF THE SIMULATION OF AN ABSORPTION CYCLE WITH 3 PRESSURE LEVELS SHOW A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN THE PERFORMANCES IN COMPARISON TO A CYCLE OPERATING WITH 2 PRESSURE LEVELS. IT WAS PROPOSED TO USE N-BUTANE (R600) AS A REFRIGERANT AND DIMETHYL FORMAMIDE (DMF) AS A SOLVENT. IT IS SHOWN THAT THE COP CAN REACH INTERESTING VALUES FOR LOW VALUES OF THE REGENERATION TEMPERATURE.
