Type of article: Article
Summary
Experimental and analytical study of heat transfer during cooling in a fermenting tank. The theoretical values were used to develop a simulation model for predicting chilling operations in an industrial fermentor. Such a model could be used for designing a chilling system in brewing and fermentation rooms.
