Slurry for refrigeration industrial kitchen application.

Summary
This paper presents the development of an ice slurry plant in a large kitchen. The needs of the kitchen are detailed and a description of the plant including, ice slurry generators, distribution loops and storage is presented. The first results after one year running are given concerning the temperatures at different places in the system, the energy consumption and the COP.
