Summary

FOR A NUMBER OF FILMS STEP-LIKE ANOMALIES ON THE RESISTIVE TRANSITION CURVES ARE OBSERVED WHICH INDICATE THE INHOMOGENEITY OF THE SAMPLES. DUE TO THE INHOMOGENEITY, A SPECIAL GROUP OF ELECTRONS ARISES WHICH POSSESSES PROPERTIES DIFFERING FROM THOSE OF THE ELECTRONS IN THE REMAINING PART OF THE SAMPLE WHICH POSSESSES A WEAK SUPERCONDUCTIVITY DISTINGUISHED BY THE EXTREMELY LOW DENSITIES OF THE CRITICAL CURRENT. A THEORETICAL ANALYSIS AND THE CALCULATIONS OF THE CRITICAL FIELDS ARE CARRIED OUT FOR A DOUBLE-LAYER FILM MODEL IN THE GINZBURG-LANDAU APPROXIMATION.
