Summary

This brochure, in English and in Russian, has been initiated by the ECA network countries as a regional contribution to the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Montreal Protocol. It is a snap-shot of the achievements and partnerships 20 years after the entry-into-force of the Montreal Protocol and 4 years after the creation of ECA network.
