THE SPECIFIC HEAT OF THE SUPERCONDUCTING COMPOUND NIOBIUM-TIN IS INVESTIGATED EXPERIMENTALLY IN THE 4.5 TO 70 K TEMPERATURE RANGE AND IN MAGNETIC FIELDS UP TO 19 T. THE SPECIFIC HEAT DISCONTINUITY INVOLVED IN THE SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION IN VARIOUS MAGNETIC FIELDS IS INVESTIGATED IN DETAIL.
