Summary

THE INFLUENCE OF A CHEMICAL TREATMENT WITH FUNGICIDE PREPARATIONS: FUNDAZOL, METHYLTOPSIN AND TECTO AND IN COMBINATION WITH THE MALZYT PREPARATION OVER POTATOES OF FOCAL AND VINDIKA VARIETIES DURING THE PRESERVATION PROCESS IS INVESTIGATED. THE INFLUENCE OF A CHEMICAL TREATMENT ON THE CHANGES IN THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF POTATOES, RESPECTIVELY ON THE DECREASE OF THE AMOUNT OF THE ROTTEN TUBERS IS ESTABLISHED. THE CHEMICAL TREATMENT DOES NOT INFLUENCE OVER THE CHANGES IN THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF POTATOES.
