Summary
A biotechnical system for potato and vegetable storage consisting of a biocomplex (biological objects + gas and air environment) and technical aids for its optimum functioning has been developed. The provision of new environment-friendly low-waste technologies of storage by technological and engineering equipment and buildings will make it possible to begin to create "the storage industry" in Russia.
