Summary
Possibilities were and will be sought of increasing the performance range through new design of the stack, in which the thermo-acoustic heat transfer occurs. An intermittent stack increases the range by a factor of 1.5 to 2. Further experiments are planned with the regenerator stack at higher pressure amplitudes.
