Summary
A set of boundary layer equations -continuity, momentum, energy and diffusion equations -is solved numerically with satisfaction of a thermodynamic equilibrium between temperature and concentration of water vapour, when frost deposits on a flat plate under laminar forced convection. These equations are analysed, as well as the relations between Reynolds, Nusselt and Sherwood numbers.
