Summary
Description of an open upright display cabinet for quick-frozen products ensuring a continuous product temperature of -18 deg C (with a tolerance of 3 deg C). There is no door, but three parallel air curtains (one at ambient temperature, and the other two at -18 and -25 deg C). The advantages are explained, and the application is compared to other types of cabinet. J.R.
