Type of article: Article
Summary
TRANSITION TEMPERATURE, AND ANISOTROPY RATIOS OF UPPER CRITICAL FIELD OF LAYERED COMPOUND RHENIUM(X)-NIOBIUM(1-X)-SELENIUM IN THE CONCENTRATION RANGE BETWEEN 0 AND 0.5 WAS EXPERIMENTALLY INVESTIGATED. IT WAS SHOWN THAT THE POSITIVE CURVATURE OF UPPER CRITICAL FIELD VS T CURVE MAY BE CONNECTED WITH THE DIFFERENCE IN ORBITAL EFFECTS ALONG AND PERPENDICULAR TO THE CRYSTAL LAYERS.
