Summary

THE DEPENDENCE OF TRANSITION TEMPERATURE HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED FOR SAMPLES OF GALLIUM ANTIMONIDE OF THE P-TYPE AND OF THE N-TYPE AT TWO INITIAL CURRENT CARRIER CONCENTRATIONS, UNDER PRESSURES FROM 6.5 TO 12 GIGAPASCALS. THE CRITICAL TEMPERATURE OF THE MODIFICATION OF GALLIUM ANTIMONIDE II WAS FOUND TO DEPEND ON THE TYPE AND THE VALUE OF INITIAL CONCENTRATION.
