Summary

The magnetic and magnetoelastic properties of these mono-and polycrystals are studied experimentally and theoretically. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of the properties caused by random strains. The critical temperature dependence upon random strains of different symmetry is considered for the crystals with structural phase transitions.
