Summary

LETTUCE, RADISH, CARROT WERE CONTAMINATED EXPERIMENTALLY BY THE ROTAVIRUS, THEN STORED AT 277 K (4 DEG C) AND AT THE AMBIENT. STUDY OF THE SURVIVAL RATE OF THE VIRUS. THIS SURVIVES 25 TO 30 DAYS IN VEGETABLES STORED AT 277 K AND BETWEEN 5 AND 25 DAYS ON THOSE MAINTAINED AT THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE, MAINLY IN LETTUCE.
