Temperature-linked changes in biological tissue.
Temperaturbedingte Veränderungen in biologischen Geweben.
Author(s) : PLIQUETT F., PLIQUETT U.
Summary
Temperature variations can cause reversible and irreversible changes in biological tissue. These can be analyzed using impedance spectroscopy. It is shown that influences of very low and high temperatures can be proven and followed by local curve parameters and continuously with high time-resolution through impedance measurement. Such studies help understand the temperature effects at the molecular and cellular level.
