THE PAPER DESCRIBES A MONITORING SYSTEM CONSISTING OF A DATALOGGER HOUSED IN A TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED BOX. THE SYSTEM IS A PORTABLE, INEXPENSIVE DEVICE, WHICH ALLOWS SMALL PROCESSORS AND LABORATORIES TO MONITOR AND ANALYSE PERFORMANCE DATA DURING VARIOUS KINDS OF FREEZING AND STORAGE.
