The General Direction of the Food Department of the Ministry of Agriculture has entrusted the French Association of Refrigeration with a study of temperature and relative humidity measurement and regulation of chilled foods. The results of this investigation are presented in two parts. This first part presents different temperature recording devices available on the French market.
