TESTS OF INSULATED VEHICLES: INSUFFICIENCY OF ATP CONDITIONS.

Author(s) : BOLDRIN B.

Summary

THE CONDITIONS DEFINED BY ATP FOR TEST PROCEDURES ARE PROBABLY NOT RESTRICTIVE ENOUGH: IT IS POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN K VALUES WHICH ARE RATHER DIFFERENT FROM THOSE MEASURED UNDER A PROPER STEADY STATE. PROBABLE CAUSES OF ERRORS WERE UNDERLINED BASED ON TEST ANALYSES, AND THE AUTHORS PROPOSE TO MODIFY THE TEMPERATURE LIMITS WITHIN WHICH THE STEADY STATE CAN BE DEFINED AND INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MEASUREMENTS.
