Summary
The French National Union of Refrigerated Transport (UNTF) has teamed up with Cemafroid, a group composed of cold chain experts, to certify that their tests have proven that pre-cooling a refrigerated truck by -10°C before correctly loading will ensure that the regulatory temperatures of the transport of frozen products are met. The Guide to Good Hygiene Practices in Temperature Controlled Transport (le Guide de Bonne Pratiques d'Hygiène du Transport sous Température Dirigée) sets out the prerequisites for the preservation of frozen products during loading operations in 10 points.
