The advantages of geothermal heat pumps.
De l'intérêt des pompes à chaleur géothermiques.
Author(s) : BERNIER J.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Geothermal heat-pump plants are attractive systems, both in terms of energy consumption and of the greenhouse effect. Because of the drilling, initial investment is higher than for a "standard" plant, but the overall cost should be examined, and so should the impact on the greenhouse effect.
