The 15th annual Earth Technologies Forum was held in Washington DC, on April 13-15, 2004. Australian Greenhouse Office chief executive Howard Bamsey made a plenary speech at the forum, detailing to the world Australia's policy and approaches to climate change and also highlighting a number of industry successes, particularly in the refrigeration and air conditioning field.
