Summary

THE METHOD OF INVESTIGATION OF CRYSTALLIZATION PROCESSES BY MEASUREMENT OF THE DEPENDENCE OF DIELECTRIC LOSS ANGLE IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE ORGAN UPON FREEZING TIME USING COAXIAL NEEDLE ELECTRODES INTRODUCED INTO THESE AREAS. THE DEPENDENCES OF CRYSTALLIZATION PARAMETERS IN DIFFERENT ORGAN AREAS ON COOLING RATES ARE OBTAINED. THE MOST UNIFORM FREEZING HAS BEEN SHOWN TO OCCUR IN THE REGIMEN OF MINIMUM DELAY AND MAXIMUM CORRESPONDANCE OF CRYSTALLIZATION PROCESSES WHICH ARE DETERMINED BY THE DEPENDENCES OF CRYSTALLIZATION PARAMETERS.
