Summary
Background: The commercialization of Tisseel, frozen biological glue led to develop a centralized drug supply chain of frozen products from the Central Pharmacy (CP) to four hospital's pharmacy in the Hospices Civils de Lyon (HCL). In order to improve the safety of this supply chain, a risk analysis was performed.
