Summary
VARIOUS DEFROSTING SYSTEMS ARE ANALYSED WITH REGARD TO THEIR ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND IT HAS BEEN CONCLUDED THAT THE MOST ECONOMICAL SYSTEM IS HOT GAS DEFROSTING BY REVERSING THE REFRIGERATION CYCLE.
