Summary

THE TOXICEFFECT OF DMSO ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOACH (MISGURN US FOSSILIS L) EMBRYOS HAS BEEN STUDIED. EMBRYOS AT EARLY STAGES OF ORGANOGENESIS APPEARED TO BE THE MOST RESISTANT. THE CRYORESISTANCE OF LOACH EMBRYOS PROTECTED WITH DMSO HAS BEEN ESTIMATED AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF THEIR DEVELOPMENT. THE RESULTS INDICATED THAT THE CRYOSTABILITY OF EMBRYOS INCREASED WITH INCREASING THE STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT. THE HIGHEST CRYOSTABILITY WAS ACHIEVED AT THE 23 TO 31 STAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT (ORGANOGENESIS).
