The extraction of rare gases by desublimation method.

Number: pap. n. 15

Author(s) : CHYHRIN A., PYLYPENKO B., BONDARENKO A.

Summary

Physical principles of separation of binary and multicomponent mixtures due to the phase transition gas-solid body have been studied. The temperature effect on the concentration of the outflow and the degree of extraction of the final product have been assessed. The examples of desublimation application in xenon enrichment processes, separation of light inert gases and clean-up of gas concentrates from high-boiling impurities are presented.
