Summary

The conservation effect of the large value of photoconductivity in these films for a long time after switching off light at T not higher than 100 K is studied. The film conductivity as a function of time in the exposure to light and relaxation processes is measured. All numerical values of the parameters being in the agreement with the theoretical estimates are determined. The study of the photoconductivity relaxation allows to draw a conclusion that the trapping of nonequilibrium electrons is the Anderson localization-type process.
