Summary
This report gives an overview of the trends in the most important milk producing regions in the world. Although the European Union, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada play a significant role in the global dairy industry, representing 80% of world cheese exports and producing 47% of the world's cow milk, there are still many countries of great interest in terms of consumption as well as production and exporting potential.
