Summary
The experiments concerning factors affecting embryogenesis in anther culture of 4 head cabbage cultivars were carried out. There were considered such factors as: genotype, conditions of donor plants chilling and subsequent growth, florescence phase and hours of bud collecting. It was found that a genotype had a prevailing effect on the effectiveness of embryogenesis in the anther culture.
