SINGLE STAGE JOULE-THOMSON MICROLIQUEFIERS HAVE BEEN STUDIED IN AN OPEN SYSTEM. A SET OF EASILY MEASURED PARAMETERS WHICH INFLUENCE THE LIQUEFACTION PROCESS HAS BEEN DETERMINED. THE RELATION BETWEEN THESE PARAMETERS HAS BEEN FOUND USING DIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS THEORY AND EXPERIMENTAL DATA.
