Summary

TOTAL OVERALL AND BOUND WATER CONTENTS WERE DETERMINED FOR CHICKEN AND HEN CARCASSES FROM VARIOUS COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT THE NUMBER OF LOTS MEETING THE REGULATIONS IN FORCE IS INCREASING BUT, ON THE WHOLE, THE RESULTS ARE STILL NOT QUITE SATISFACTORY. R.R.
