Summary
THE PHASE COMPOSITION, PHASE STRUCTURE, LATTICE PARAMETERS, THERMAL-EXPANSION COEFFICIENTS, MAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY AND ELECTRIC RESISTANCE OF BISMUTH AND THALLIUM CERAMICS ARE STUDIED AT 5-293 K. THE INSTABILITY OF PHASE 2212 IS REVEALED, WHICH MANIFESTS ITSELF IN RELAXATION OF THE STRUCTURAL AND THERMODYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS INDUCED BY THE PROCESSES OF REDISTRIBUTION AND ORDERING OF THE OXYGENATOMS. THERMAL EXPANSION ANISOTROPY IS POSSIBLE IN THE BASAL PLANE OF THE PHASE 2212 OF THE BISMUTH CERAMICS.
