Summary

ENERGY AND REFRIGERATION CONSUMPTION DURING DAIRY PRODUCTION USING VARIOUS TECHNOLOGY IN SEVERAL DAIRY FACTORIES IS ANALYZED. THE RESULTS DERIVED HAVE PROVIDED GUIDELINES AS TO HOW TO IMPROVE THE ORGANIZATION OF TECHNOLOGY WITH THE VIEW TO IMPROVING PRODUCTION AND THUS SAVING ENERGY.
