The role of freezing in trypsin activity oscillations.
Author(s) : VAJDA T.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The article studies the role of freezing a trypsin and trypsinogen aqueous solution in the (oscillating) variable activity of the enzyme. The trypsin activities, in a supercooled solution on one hand, and frozen at -10 deg C on the other hand, are compared. Certain conclusions are drawn from the results obtained.
