Summary

In order to solve the load balance of hot water and air-conditioning in multi-function heat pump under air-conditioning and water heating mode, it is necessary to regulate the energy exchange between hot water heat exchanger and air-conditioning heat exchanger according to the load changing of air-conditioning or hot water. At first, several kinds of current adjusting methods of energy is analyzed, and a new variable flow regulating mode is proposed based on the advantages and disadvantages of current methods. The theoretical feasibility is analyzed. Then, the performance of new regulating mode is experimentally investigated. The results show that increase in water flow of hot water heat exchanger can enhance the energy exchange of hot water heat exchanger and reduce the energy exchange of air-conditioning heat exchanger, and vice versa. Therefore, the heat distribution between hot water heat exchanger and air-conditioning heat exchanger can be dynamically adjusted by varying the water flow rate of hot water heat exchanger when the air-conditioning load is satisfied as control target.
