Author(s) : JIN S., LI Z.

Summary

In this paper, the variety of the wall temperature, the working fluid temperature and gas releasing heat of the single row on arrangement and combination modes of tube rows of the “water-steel” separated heat pipe applied in LiBr-H2O absorption chiller are described. Regarding on four different arrangement ways of tube rows, the corresponding results are given and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out. It is very effective to not only reduce the wall temperature of the front row tube to be beneficial to safe operation of heat pipe, but also raise the wall temperature of last row tube to prevent low temperature corrosion after regulation of tube rows of separated heat pipe. The results will be favourable also to anticorrosion design of the separated heat pipe.
