Type of article: Article
Summary
The paper mainly analyzes solar-powered refrigerating systems with a solid adsorption pair of activated carbon and methanol. For the one-week solar-powered ice-making experiments, the parameters were collecting aperture of 0.92 square meters, solar daily global radiation of 17-19 MJ per square meter, ice production of 4-5 kg per day, net solar refrigerating COP of 0.10-0.12.
