Summary
The molecular diffusion differential equation of spheroid symmetrical droplet evaporation in the air is established. By solving the differential equation, the mathematical expression of droplet's mass diffusion rate is obtained. The mathematical model of droplet evaporation in unsteady-state period is established and the mathematical model is numerically calculated by iterative method. The solution indicated that the unsteady-state period of droplet evaporation is very short and the droplet size change is very small.
