Summary
The design and development of CO2 compact heat exchanger mostly constrained the application of CO2 automobile air-conditioning. The paper discusses the relationships between CO2 refrigerant and microchannels, estimates during boiling in microchannel flow and design constraints, indicates that the study results in terms of the mechanism of heat transfer in microchannels compact heat exchanger do not still first-orderly instruct engineering design and application, and they constrain each other between geometric dimension, passage diameter, number, length and efficiency of evaporators, pumps and so on.
