Summary

IN THE TEMPERATURE RANGE FROM 0.4 K TO THE MELTING POINT, THE AUTHORS MEASURED THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COEFFICIENT OF HELIUM 4 SINGLE CRYSTALS WITH THE MOLAR VOLUME ABOUT 21 CM3/MOLE GROWN FROM SUPERFLUID HELIUM. THE DISLOCATION DENSITY IS ESTIMATED. THE VACANCY CONTRIBUTION TO THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF SOLID HELIUM OF THE SAID MOLAR VOLUME WAS FOUND TO BE BELOW 0,001 W/CMK NEAR THE MELTING POINT.
