Summary

IT IS FOUND THAT NEAR THE TRIPLE POINT THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF ND3 DOES NOT DECREASE WITH RISING TEMPERATURE, AS IS THE CASE IN NH3, BUT INCREASES AND THAT THE ANOMALY OBSERVED IS DUE TO THE CONTRIBUTION MADE TO THE HEAT TRANSFER BY LIBRONIC MODES CONNECTED WITH THE MOLECULE ROTATION ABOUT THE TRIAD AXES.
