Type of article: Article

Summary

THE MEASUREMENT RESULTS OF THE THERMAL AND ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY OF YBACUO(6+) SAMPLES AT TEMPERATURES FROM 0.4 TO 150 K ARE REPORTED. THE MAXIMUM ON THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY (T) CURVE AT T ABOUT 0.5 TRANSITION TEMPERATURE MAY BE RELATED TO THE PHONON-ELECTRON SCATTERING AS IN THE CASE OF METAL SUPERCONDUCTORS WITH STRONG ELECTRON-PHONON INTERACTION.
