THERMAL AND ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVITY OF METAL-OXIDE CERAMICS YTTRIUM-BARIUM-COPPER-OXYGEN IN THE REGION OF SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION.

[In Russian. / En russe.]

Author(s) : MERISOV B. A.

Type of article: Article

Summary

THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY AND ELECTRICAL RESISTIVITY OF THE CERAMICS ARE INVESTIGATED EXPERIMENTALLY IN THE TEMPERATURE RANGE 77 TO 300 K (CRITICAL TEMPERATURE: 91 K). A CORRELATION BETWEEN THEIR TEMPERATURE BEHAVIOURS IS FOUND IN THE REGION OF SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION. AN ATTEMPT IS MADE TO ESTIMATE A CONTRIBUTION TO HEAT TRANSFER FROM CHARGE CARRIERS.
