Thermal control of high-density heat fluxes by network cooling systems.
[In Russian. / En russe.]
Author(s) : KOSOJ B. V., NIKITIN D. N.
Type of article: Article
Summary
This article considers problems of creation of miniature two-phase thermal control and cooling systems for electronics with high heat flux densities. The concept of micro heat pipes combines the modern technologies of miniaturization of technical devices with high-performance thermal control systems based on two-phase heat transfer. Application of these methods to micro heat pipe modelling and unsolved problems has been analysed.
