THERMAL RESISTANCE OF PIPE-FIN CONTACT.

Author(s) : WESOLOWSKI A.

Summary

HEAT EXCHANGERS SHOULD EMBODY SUCH CHARACTERISTICS AS THE PROPER EXPLOITATION DURABILITY AND THE OVERALL MASS TRANSFER COEFFICIENT STABILITY. PRACTICALLY, PRESERVING THE CONDITION OF THE OVERALL MASS TRANSFER STABILITY IS IMPOSSIBLE. CONSEQUENTLY, IT LEADSTO A REDIMENSIONING OF HEAT EXCHANGERS. IN ORDER TO AVOID TOO EXTENSIVE REDIMENSIONING THE INFLUENCE OF THE HEAT RESISTANCE FOR THE FIN-PIPE CONTACT IN EVAPORATORS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED IN THIS ARTICLE.
