Thermal storage.
Le stockage de froid.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Françoise Strub, Lecturer at the Thermodynamics and Energy Laboratory at the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, in conjunction with Professor Dumas (Director of this laboratory), has performed a study on thermal storage. The results obtained are presented here. The authors describe various thermal storage methods using latent heat of fusion. Experimental and theoretical studies performed on encapsulated nodules are also described, along with practical applications.
